to our complimentary Owners Clinic. At Colonial Volkswagen and Subaru’s Owner’s
Clinic you’ll learn how to keep your new vehicle running in top shape to get
the most out of your investment.
In order to protect yourself from the future
risk of loosing time and money on car troubles you should ensure your car is
working at its optimal rate. At our “Ask A Technician” station we will have
service personnel from both Volkswagen and Subaru answering various common
questions people have related to standard service topics. In our showroom we
will have live demonstrations on our top of the line vehicles. Service
technicians will show you how to check your have proper fluid levels, change a
tire, and understand light meanings on your dashboard. We will inform customers
on proper service maintenance intervals. You will also learn about more sever
diagnoses on your car. In addition, we will have service advisors explain the
price breakdown of you bill in regards to parts versus labor costs. Customers
will be given the opportunity to schedule service check-up
appointments. There will also be a shop tour offered demonstrating an
alignment check, a battery check and an MPI.
At
our “Infotainment” station get your questions answered so that you can be more
confident utilizing all of the features it has to offer. Members of our sales
team will show you step-by-step instructions on how to set up and operate all
of the functions on your infotainment system. At the end of the session you
will be able to easily operate features such as Bluetooth, radio & media
input, roadside assistance and navigation.
Other stations at the Owners Clinic include a
“Warranty” information session. During your time spent at this station customers
will be advised from our expertise warranty specialists on what warranty
coverage they have as well as additional warranties and maintenance programs
available to you.
Meet with various
members of our staff according to where your questions lie. There will
be refreshments served as well as door prizes and a raffle for a gift basket
